Vision Coaching

Vision comes up a lot in coaching conversations. Through our thoughts, we are living into some kind of vision all the time, whether we’re aware of it or not, whether we’ve intentionally created it or not. Whether we want to admit it or not.

I don’t have the answers, I’m just looking for better questions.

So let’s take a step back and ask what we really want.

What is your Purpose?

For example, if you suddenly received $100 million but at the same time were given six months to live, what would you do? What would you want to have and where would you go? How would you see yourself and others? How would you show up?

These questions can help us cut through to what truly matters.

What are you really here for?

Is it to have fun, build a business, accumulate riches, see the world, have a family, be famous, make a contribution?

Whatever it seems to be, try asking “Why?” one more time. And then one more time after that. Pretty soon you’ll hit “I don’t know”, and then you’re beginning to get somewhere.

Then we might ask “Well, what do you want to create?”

Coming purely from this “want” or “desire” or “wish” or “passion” can take some practice because we’re often taught to look outside for approval or “proof” first.

But listening inside is our only source of freedom.

And when we give ourselves permission, our Vision can start to unfold effortlessly, beautifully, and purposefully.

And that can really set you alight!

This is my favorite work in the world. This is my purpose.

DM me if you’d like to book some space to explore your Vision.
